Goodbye Old Friend

I'm feeling a little sad. I just found out my favorite Borders Bookstore made the list. The list of stores closing, that is. This store was perfectly located, right off the freeway and a short twelve minute drive from my house. Now, I have to either shop online or drive at least 30 minutes to the nearest Borders.

In the mean time, I'll show my support and take advantage of the huge sale.

Where Have I Been?

That is a good question. I have been busy working on my New Year's goal list. I am proud to announce I am about half way through my list. I didn't realize some of the things that seem easy to commit to, are also some of the most difficult to master. Praise God, I'm determined to get the list completed. I will not be denied. And as a little extra incentive, I've promised myself a few treats if I get everything accomplished. I'm doing whatever it takes to be the best I can be. What about you?
